To not have to rely on anybody else is a wonderful feeling. To be independent and be self-propelling, you don't need to be depending on someone else. I think there are many difference ways of feeling independent, for me it came when I got my drivers's license. I felt so adult and mature that I can now on my own drive a car. In that moment I felt independent and it was the best day of my Life. A happiness that I can never in a million years describes.
